The SY FM10-18G is a professional long-distance HDMI fibre extender system designed for transmitting high-quality 4K60 UHD video (18Gbps HDMI 2.0b) over extreme distances of up to 10km via fibre optic cable. It is ideal for mission-critical AV distribution where copper-based HDBaseT solutions are not suitable due to distance or interference limitations.
The system includes a transmitter and receiver pair and supports advanced AV signal management features including HDMI loop-out at the transmitter, RS232 control, IR pass-through, audio embedding and de-embedding, and a built-in test pattern generator for commissioning and troubleshooting installations.
With fibre transmission, the FM10-18G provides complete immunity to EMI and RF interference, ensuring stable and lossless signal delivery across very long distances, making it suitable for large-scale professional AV deployments.
