Account Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and establishing customer relationships in the reseller market. You will be selling computer monitors, mini-PCs and server products. This position is remote (work from home) with regular travel to customers.

Responsibilities

-Managing a variety of customer accounts.

- Following up on leads. - Sourcing new leads.

- Building long lasting relationships with your customer base & promoting new products to them.

- Developing a strong knowledge of AV products and to be able to use this to advise our customers

- Ensure you are reaching minimum call out targets & sales targets

- Replying to customers in a timely manor and ensuring all issues are dealt with professionally.

Experience / Skills

- Confident

- Good organisation & time management

- Sales experience preferred

- An interest in AV, gaming or computers would be ideal

Order Processor and Administration Person

Order Processor and Administration Person. We have a 6 month temporary contract which may lead to a permanent position.

Hours are 9-5:30 and 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

You must have excellent computer skills (Accounts and Microsoft Excel) be organised, work efficiently on your own and have good communication skills.

This position is remote (work from home) with an initial two week training at our UK headquarters based in Henlow, Bedfordshire UK.
